Job summary

Jamestown Healing Clinic in Sequim, WA is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our integrated care team. You will provide patient-centered nursing care, assist with medication administration, and support care coordination in a recovery-oriented environment.

This full-time LPN role offers a Monday–Friday 5:30 AM–2:00 PM schedule with weekends and federal holidays off, a collaborative medical team, and opportunities to work across primary care, behavioral health, and substance use treatment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid Washington State license to practice as an LPN.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient progression for patient care throughout the day, including vital signs and rooming patients as necessary to assist care team.
• Conduct nursing procedures, therapies, tests and services as ordered by medical staff within scope of training.
• Support a safety-conscious work environment.
• Assist in assessing patient needs and support implementation of care plans under the direction of a licensed provider.
• Provide patient education regarding medications and health needs under provider direction.
