Job summary

Requirements include an accredited LPN program, active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, specialized IPC training, and preferred geriatrics experience; responsible for Antibiotic Stewardship and on-site COVID-19 prevention activities.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation.
• Specialized IPC training required beyond initial training.
• Geriatrics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to infection prevention standards on site.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze HAI/CAI data.
• Present infection data and recommendations for actions.
• Educate staff, residents, and families on infection prevention.
• Develop and manage Antibiotic Stewardship Program.
