The role offers multiple shifts including 7am-7pm, 10am-10pm, and 7pm-7am, with both Full Time and PRN options. Strong AR responsibilities and patient education are key components.

Qualifications

• A valid, current nursing license in Illinois, in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of professional experience in long term care environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions
