Qualifications

• LPN must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active Ohio LPN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to residents, promoting their well-being.
• Direct RA's in accordance with regulations governing long-term care.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Focus on providing high quality service.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information.
