Genesis Healthcare in Scarborough, ME is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pine Point. Work under the RN to deliver skilled nursing care to short-term rehab patients and long-term residents, with emphasis on safety and quality outcomes.

You'll perform data collection, assessments, medication administration, and care coordination with an interdisciplinary team. Base pay ranges from $31 to $36.50 per hour with shift differentials up to $6.50, plus comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.
