Genesis Healthcare in Scarborough, ME is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pine Point. Work under the RN to deliver skilled nursing care to short-term rehab patients and long-term residents, with emphasis on safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. As an LPN at Pine Point, you’ll provide high-quality care to both short-term rehabilitation patients and long-term residents in a structured, team-oriented environment. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your clinical skills, support recovery, and maintain consistency in care, all while working closely with RNs and an interdisciplinary team.

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Base Pay

Base Pay: $31/hour - $36.50/hour PLUS up to $6.50 shift differential depending on shift.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.

Posted Salary Range
