Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of STNAs or other nursing personnel in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Charting and documentation: complete and file required recordkeeping forms on admission/transfer/discharge.
• Medication administration: prepare and administer medications as ordered; verify resident identity.
