Oklahoma Forensic Center in Vinita, Oklahoma is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN III, II, I) to provide direct care for behavioral health patients in an inpatient setting under supervision. This 24/7 secure facility supports individuals adjudicated as Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity or found incompetent.

The Nursing department seeks dedicated LPNs to participate in patient evaluation, monitoring, and care delivery in a challenging forensic environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurses providing direct care for behavioral health treatment in an inpatient setting under supervision or direction of a registered nurse or licensed physician.
• The Oklahoma Forensic Center is a 24/7 secure inpatient facility located in Vinita, OK with beds for consumers adjudicated or found Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for behavioral health patients in an inpatient setting under supervision.
• Participate in evaluation of responses to interventions, monitor patient status, and document observations.
