USA Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support exams and procedures, record vital signs, administer medications, and maintain patient records in Mobile, Alabama. You will work closely with nurses and physicians to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to infection control standards.

Qualified candidates have an accredited LPN program graduate, Alabama state licensure, and BCLS certification within 30 days. Substitution with comparable education/experience is possible.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• LPN license with Alabama state licensure on hire.
• BCLS certification within 30 days.
• Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist registered nurse and/or physicians with exams and procedures.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Administer medications and injections as ordered.
• Maintain patient records and prepare lab/X-ray/referral forms.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
