The nurse will utilize the nursing process, administer medications, document accurately, and participate in performance improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with licensure eligibility.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to triage and manage multiple patients safely.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes nursing process with interdisciplinary team to care for patients.
• Administers medications and treatments per policies and state laws.
• Maintains accurate, comprehensive documentation.
• Develops and executes patient care plans and educates patients/families.
• Engages in performance improvement and peer review activities.
• Responds to volume changes and triage telephone inquiries as needed.
