Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed nurse to administer skilled nursing services in the home setting, following physician orders and the plan of care. The role emphasizes patient and family teaching and collaboration with the health care team.

Qualified candidates will have an approved nursing education, an active license in the state, at least one year of nursing experience, and basic technology skills including mobile devices; CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed nurse.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education and experience, preferred

• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from the regional vice president for operations or regional director.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
• Must possess CPR certification
