Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to deliver 1:1 nursing care in patients’ homes in Urbandale, IA. Weekend day shifts, pay between $34 and $38 per hour, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling. Join a team that supports continuous care in a patient’s home environment.

Active LPN license and current BLS certification are required; 1+ year of nursing experience is preferred. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available with local clinical and office support.
