Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 home-based nursing care in Circleville, Ohio. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support individual care plans.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).
