Job Title: Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN)

Under the supervision of a clinical manager, you will assess, plan, and implement patient care, educate patients and their families on disease processes, procedures, and medications, and manage various patient needs such as wound care, trachs, G-tubes, catheters, vents, and medication administration. We create customized care plans to meet our patients' needs, preferences, and concerns, including special requests from their families.
