Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to deliver private duty nursing in patients' homes across Kankakee IL and surrounding areas. You’ll provide 1:1 care with consistent assignments, flexible scheduling, and the chance to build lasting relationships with patients and families.

We offer weekly pay, benefits including health, dental, and vision, a 401(k), paid time off, and ongoing training. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
