Salary: $28 - $32 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare in Lavalette, WV, is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with adult patients in their own homes. Full-time and part-time openings are available for day and night shifts, from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
