Pay: $29 - $31 / hour

Maxim Healthcare in Fithian, IL is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with a pediatric patient in their home.

Job Details:

• Gtube/Trach/Vent
• Full time overnights Monday-Friday preferred

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
