Job description

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric patients in their own homes.

We are currently looking for a nurse to work M-F 7:45a-4p with a 3-year-old patient to assist with feeds.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders for each assignment.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
  • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
  • Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.
