Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients. The role leverages the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, delivering skilled nursing services in patients' homes.

• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
