Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for home-based, 1:1 patient care in Alabama. Provide direct nursing care in patients' homes, monitor conditions, administer meds, and report changes to the care team.

Shift options include 6a-2p, 10p-6a, or 10p-10a and 10a-2p, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN. This role requires an active LPN license and current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
