Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide direct patient care in home settings, delivering one-on-one nursing support across assigned cases. You will monitor patients, administer medications, and update care plans while coordinating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).
