Job description

Salary: $25 - $35 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare Services (Homecare) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work one-on-one with pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. Full-time and part-time positions are available for day, evening, and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document nursing diagnoses.
