Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in West Chester, PA is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for patients in the home setting throughout the West Chester area.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions with Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay. Earn $32–$34 per hour based on experience and join a supportive clinical team focused on high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license
• BLS/CPR certification is required
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Homecare, long-term care, rehab, or pediatric experience welcomed
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently in a homecare environment
• Reliable transportation and commitment to scheduled shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Monitor patient status and report changes to the clinical team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as applicable
• Perform wound care and other skilled nursing interventions
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
