Maxim Healthcare in Hebron, OH is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with adult patients in their own homes in Utica, OH. Hourly pay ranges from $25 to $28 per hour.

The role involves providing skilled nursing care, utilizing the nursing process, and assessing and documenting patient conditions while delivering compassionate in-home support across assignments.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.
