Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to adults and children in home settings across the Hartford area of Wisconsin. Join a team that prioritizes patient-centered care and flexible scheduling.

We offer competitive hourly pay of $32–$36, weekly paychecks, full- and part-time positions, and a strong benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA, PTO and a 401(k). Wisconsin LPN license and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray is required.
• Prior nursing experience preferred (1 year or more).

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional health status.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings appropriately.
• Develop and implement individualized care interventions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
