Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to deliver compassionate, one-on-one home-based nursing care in Smyrna, TN. You will provide direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support personalized care plans in patients' homes.

Join a team with stable hours, flexible scheduling, and strong local clinical support. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

Pay: $31 - $33/hr

Weekly Pay | Flexible Scheduling

8 year old female: g-tube Monday-Thursday 7a-7p going to school

1 year old female: g-tube, trach, vent, Saturday and Sunday 7a-7p

4 year old female: g-tube, Monday-Friday 8a-4p

23 year old female: g-tube, mobile, Saturday and Sunday 1:45p-7p

Requirements

Required:

• Active LPN license

• Current BLS certification
