Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from the healthcare team.

Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare in Fayetteville, NC is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.
