Qualifications

Salary:

$25 - $32 / per hour

Position:

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Gallipolis, OH, and Reedsville, OH to work with pediatric patients in their homes. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available for DAY SHIFTS during weekdays.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services according to prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as an LPN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
