Job summary

Maxim Healthcare provides 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes, ensuring a consistent assignment and manageable pace. The LPN will deliver personalized care, monitor conditions, and document outcomes in collaboration with the care team.

Active LPN license and current BLS certification are required; 1+ year of nursing experience is preferred. Various shifts and full-time/part-time/PRN opportunities available. Home-based care within an assigned service area and ongoing clinical support are provided.
