What You’ll Do:

  • Provide Exceptional Care: Implement care plans under the direction of Registered Nurses, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

  • Empower Patients: Assist clients with preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures to improve their health and well-being.

  • Collaborate with a Caring Team: Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care.

  • Monitor Care Quality: Ensure that services are delivered with attention to quality and appropriateness.

  • Follow Safety Protocols: Maintain a safe, clean environment by adhering to infection control and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For:

We want someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and making a positive impact in the lives of patients. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Education & Licensing: Graduation from an NLN-accredited LPN program with active New Jersey LPN licensure.

  • Experience: 2+ years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience. Home care or hospice experience is a plus!

  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.

  • A Team Player: Ability to collaborate and foster positive, professional relationships.

  • Driver’s License & Transportation: You’ll need a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
