Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with adult patients in Indian Orchard, MA. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits with weekly paychecks.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, assessing patients, and documenting care plans. Licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state is required along with current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
