Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled nursing in patients' homes throughout the Kenosha area. Flexible full-time or part-time roles and competitive pay of $32–$36 per hour with weekly paychecks are available.

You will deliver care per physician orders, document assessments, and communicate changes to the care team, while benefiting from health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and dedicated support.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• 1 year+ nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional health status.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings appropriately.
• Develop and implement individualized care interventions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
