What You’ll Do

• Provide Exceptional Care Implement care plans under the direction of Registered Nurses, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
• Empower Patients Assist clients with preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures to improve their health and well-being.
• Collaborate with a Caring Team Build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care.
• Monitor Care Quality Ensure that services are delivered with attention to quality and appropriateness.

Who We’re Looking For

We want someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and making a positive impact in the lives of patients. The ideal candidate will have

• Education & Licensing Graduation from an NLN-accredited LPN program with active New Jersey LPN licensure.
• Experience 2+ years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience. Home care or hospice experience is a plus!
• Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.
• A Team Player Ability to collaborate and foster positive, professional relationships.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $48,730.50 to USD $117,250.00. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
