Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide direct 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes across our Florida service area. You will work full-time, part-time, or PRN with day, evening, and overnight shifts, offering consistent assignments and a manageable pace.

You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, support individualized care plans, and communicate with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year of nursing experience in home health or clinical setting

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home setting.
• Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
• Document care provided and communicate with the healthcare team.
