Job description

Maxim Healthcare in (Insert location) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own home in Washington Park.

Compensation:

• $30 - $33 / per hour
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Shifts available:

• Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 9a-9p

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders during each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.
