Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Beaverton, OR is seeking an LPN to provide 1:1 home care for patients in their homes. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and document care while coordinating with the healthcare team.

Enjoy stable hours, flexible scheduling, and ongoing clinical support from a local office. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with day, evening, and overnight shifts are available, including pediatrics and adults.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
