Family Life Care, Inc. is seeking dedicated LPNs to provide overnight, in-home care for a patient, 10p-6a, in Florida. You will manage care under an RN, administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring patient comfort in the home environment.

Responsibilities include documenting health status, communicating changes to the care team and family, and maintaining compliance with all licensing and safety requirements. A compassionate, flexible caregiver is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Negative TB test on record.
• Ability to pass Level II background check.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one in-home LPN care during overnight shifts 10pm–6am.
• Administer medications and assist with daily living per plan of care.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to RN and family.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation.

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to provide one-on-one care for our patient that is need of overnight shifts, 10p-6a. As an LPN at Family Life care, you will play a vital role in managing the care of our patients by providing compassionate and professional care in the comfort of their own home. FLC is proud to serve our entire community from children to senior citizens.

You will have the opportunity to choose from various assignments, such as long-term care or assisting with recovery from an injury or illness. FLC works with you to build your work schedule around your needs.

LPNs at FLC perform many duties in our patient's homes such as,

• Performing medical care in the home as assigned by an RN.
• Helping the patients remain at home in a safe, comfortable and healthy environment by performing tasks such as administration of medication, feeding, and other care as needed per patient's plan of care.
• Communicate any changes affecting the patient's medical condition and needs with other team members and family members.
• Keeping records of all tasks performed and the patient's overall health and behavioral status.

Requirements

• Current Florida LPN license
• Current CPR Certification
• Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
• Current TB test with negative results
