Job summary
BAYADA Home Health Care in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role serving adult clients in their homes across Southern Anne Arundel County. Qualifications
- Current MD LPN license required.
- Minimum of one year recent LPN experience.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Home care experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time.
Responsibilities
- Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
- Administer medications and provide wound care and procedures.
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisors.
- Follow doctors' orders and complete proper documentation.
- Perform client assessments as needed and coordinate care.
- Engage in case management and cross-team communication.
- Document observations and interventions in EMR on a tablet.
