Bon Secours Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support patients at home, providing hands-on care, medication management and wound care while using AI-assisted tools to streamline documentation. Applicants should have an accredited LPN/LVN program, 1 year of relevant experience, and an active license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or experience working with terminally ill patients.
• Active and unencumbered Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
