Job summary

InterimHealthcare in West Virginia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home patient care across Morgantown, Fairmont, and Wheeling. Compensation ranges from $22 to $27 per hour with flexible full-time night shifts and daily pay options.

Required are a WV LPN license and CPR/AED/BLS certification, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work in a one-on-one home care setting. No overtime is required, and care quality is our priority.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Unrestricted LPN license to practice in WV.
• Reliable transportation to care sites.
• Trach/ventilator experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care per care plan and nursing scope.
• Assess and document patient conditions; report changes as needed.
• Administer medications, insulin, IV fluids; document thoroughly.
• Inspect wounds, change dressings, assist with personal hygiene.
• Assess for injuries, infections, bedsores; deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers and team to ensure patient outcomes.

As aLicensed Practical Nurses (LPN)you will:

• Providein-homedirect patient care according to theprovider'sprescribed plan of care (and nursingscope of practice) while closely monitoring progress/recovery
• Assessand document patient conditions and reportchangeas needed (vitals,blood/stool/urine, glucose,etc.)
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids,documenting thoroughly
• Inspect and care for wounds, changing dressings and assisting with personal hygiene
• Assess patient for further injuries, infections, bedsores, etc. and deliver appropriate treatments
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

To qualify for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position with us, you will need:

• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
• Practical trachand/or ventilator experience preferred, not required
• Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of WV
