Interim HealthCare Inc. in Aliquippa, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend in-home care. You will provide direct patient care per the prescribed plan, monitor progress, administer medications, and assist with wound care and routine tasks.

We offer flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN), daily pay options, competitive pay, and a patient‑centered team dedicated to dignity and comfort for clients and families.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a practical nursing program and licensed in the state
• Current unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of the position
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation to care sites and/or work locations
• Trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home direct patient care per the plan of care and nursing scope of practice while closely monitoring progress.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes (vital signs, stool, urine, glucose, etc.).
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids with thorough documentation.
• Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal hygiene.
• Assess for further injuries, infections, bedsores, and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
