AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Central Florida patient care team. You will provide bedside care under RN supervision, administer medications, perform wound care, and support daily clinical operations in a busy hospital environment.

This full-time daytime role offers a sign-on bonus up to $2,500 for eligible applicants and comprehensive benefits from day one, with growth opportunities within the AdventHealth system.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
• 1+ year of medical/surgical experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office).

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and perform wound care per physician orders.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
• Participate in weekend/after-hours coverage and on-call rotation.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and document observations.
