Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Oregon is seeking a licensed practical nurse to visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under the direction of RNs and physicians' orders. This full-time role requires a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, dependable transportation, and the ability to drive in all weather.
