Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Fort Atkinson, WI seeks licensed practical nurses to provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and care plans. You will assess and document patients' health status, identify changes, and communicate findings to the care team.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• 1 year or more nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
