Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year nursing experience (preferred in personal care)
• Current LPN license in Mississippi or Compact State
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the outlined care plan
• Document tasks, observations and evaluate outcomes
• Ensure quality care by implementing QA policies
• Receive clinical direction from RN
• Assist with other duties as needed
