Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team, focused on infant/pediatric/adult care in a home health setting. Multiple shift options are available to fit your schedule, including day and after-school hours across several locations in the Bucks County area.

As a BAYADA nurse, you will travel to clients, document orders, perform assessments, and monitor conditions with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Report any changes in the client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home

• Quakertown - flexible day shift hours available or 5p-10:30p
• East Greenville - 9a-5p
• Pennsburg - 6a-5p
• Perkasie - 8:30a-5p or 7a-4:30p, after school hours also available
• Hatfield - 8a-5p
• Lansdale - 11:45p-7:45a

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Pay: up to $32/hr
