Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Lansdale, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team. If you are passionate about infant, pediatric and adult care, you will provide one-to-one client care in private duty settings across Lansdale and nearby towns.

This role offers day, evening and overnight shifts with travel to a client near you, autonomy in patients’ homes, and support from Clinical Managers.

Qualifications

• What you need: graduate from an accredited nursing program and a current LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Report any changes in the client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician.
• Provide one-to-one client care in the home with autonomy.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Pay: $30-32/hr, enhanced rates $35-37/hr dependent upon acuity and shift worked
