About the unit

Our Visiting Nurses Association is our Home Care Skilled Nursing Team for West-Central Michigan. We are accepting applications from experienced RN's, LPN's, and New Grads! For experienced RN's, this is an autonomous position that utilizes your nursing skills and critical thinking. Working in home health allows you to treat patients in their homes, promoting their ability to thrive and manage their own healthcare. Our team covers areas from Ludington, Baldwin, Nunica, Kent County, Ottawa County, to Gun Lake, providing outstanding patient care.

Scope of work

Under the supervision of the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician, collaborates with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Educates patients and families about treatments, medications, and equipment, in coordination with healthcare providers. Documents care accurately in accordance with guidelines.
