Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate each resident's physical and emotional status daily.
• Identify resident problems and initiate lifesaving measures as needed.
• Provide holistic care for residents within LPN scope.
• Monitor inventory of medications and medical supplies.
• Complete necessary medical forms, evaluations, and charting.
• Report occupational exposures in accordance with policies.
