Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Trilogy Health Services — The Willows at Bowling Green — provides direct clinical care and supervises nursing assistants on the unit. You’ll monitor residents daily, document changes, and collaborate with the charge nurse and physicians to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

Must hold a current, valid state LPN license.
CPR certification required and current.

Responsibilities

Visit residents daily to observe status and notify charge nurse or physician of changes.
Identify problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures if needed.
Provide holistic nursing care within LPN scope of practice.
Assist in monitoring medications and supplies to ensure availability.
Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as required.
Report occupational exposures per facility policies.
